It is based on the Birch Bay Urban Growth Area with limited exclusions and represents the current proposed incorporation boundary. Zoning and additional city, school district, drinking water and sewer service layers are based on GIS files used by BBIA. Boundaries are displayed for general informational purposes and should not be treated as an official legal description, jurisdictional determination or service determination.
